Hello. We are so excited that you have chosen The Haven - TX Events to provide Day of Coordination for your upcoming special day. Please complete this form below and provide as many details as possible. This will help us start the process of creating your Day of Timeline, Vendor Detail Sheet and also the Order of Events. We, of course, understand that there may be some details that you do not know at this time so please leave those areas blank for now. Once we receive this completed form, we will contact you to schedule a follow up phone call to discuss all details further and to also discuss options for the Order of Events. Our goal is to have these important documents completed before the Week of the Wedding. Once it has been finalized we will email a copy to all of the participating vendors. This allows us the opportunity to introduce ourselves to them and also to give them our direct Day Of contact information.
Our goal is to help your special day go as planned with little to no disruptions. We hope to provide a stress free experience and assist in all ways possible. The more information you provide the better we are able to assist you. We are always here to help and answer any questions that you or your Vendors may have so please feel free to contact us any time.
